This Burton Custom snowboard is in excellent condition — used maybe 10-15 days on the mountain so it's barely broken in. Bindings already mounted. Perfect for intermediate to advanced riders. I can also lend boots if you're size 10-11 mens. Please return cleaned and dried.

What happens if my item gets damaged? +
If your item is damaged during a rental, file a claim through your dashboard within 48 hours of return. Our team will investigate and reimburse you for repair or replacement costs up to $1,000, depending on your item's value and the damage assessment.
What if the renter doesn't return my item? +
In the rare event an item isn't returned, our support team steps in immediately. We work with local authorities if necessary and our damage protection policy covers unreturned items. We also hold a security deposit from renters for high-value items.
How does ID verification work? +
All users must submit a government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and a selfie. Our verification partner checks that the documents are authentic and matches the selfie to the ID photo. This process takes about 2 minutes and is reviewed within 24 hours.
When do I get paid as an owner? +
Payment is released to your account within 24 hours after the rental is marked as complete. We keep 15% as our platform fee. Payouts are sent via direct bank transfer or PayPal.
Can I cancel a rental? +
Renters can cancel up to 24 hours before the rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee. Owners can cancel at any time but repeated cancellations may affect their listing visibility.
